No, event registrants are viewed on the Events grid located in Workspace > Events > Events. Select the event or events to show on the grid from the side bar search menu. The Summary View shows all the registrants. Switch to the Detail View to show the registrants listed under Last Name/Constituent and the attendees/guests listed under Actual Attendees. Note that you may have to scroll over in the rows to find the attendees column depending on how you have your grid view set up. Event registrants and attendees can also be viewed in the Workspace > Events > Event Attendance Grid.

Event registrations for a particular constituent can be seen in the Events Tab in their record as well.
