Who pays the credit card fee, and can that be changed?

- When auction items are manually checked out, by default the organization pays the credit card processing fees.
- The Pay Processing Fee can be toggled to YES to allow the bidder to pay the fee.
- The total processing fees will displayed at the bottom of the window with the other amount totals.
- When batch credit card processing using Bid History, charging the credit card fees to the bidders is also optional by turning the toggle for Add processing fees to totals to YES.
