# Can I add an interaction type?

Yes, you can click on the arrow inside the drop down box and click on **<New/Edit>**. In the pop up window, type in the new interaction type you want to add and click on the **Disk**(save) icon to the right of the field. Click **Close** to exit the popup window and the new value will be added to the drop down choices.
