# Donor Insight - Coming Soon

Expand your knowledge of your Constituents beyond the information currently stored in AssociationSphere. **Donor Insights** uses AI-powered research to provide a more complete picture of a donor’s estimated wealth, giving capacity, philanthropic interests, and other factors that may help your organization better understand and engage its supporters.

For each Donor Insight, our AI Agent researches available information from across the web and other public data sources, analyzes the findings, and generates a detailed profile for the Constituent. Depending on the information available, the profile may include estimated net worth, real estate holdings, business ownership, securities, political contributions, philanthropic giving, affiliations, and other relevant wealth and giving indicators.

Donor Insights can be generated from the **AI Analytics grid**, **Constituent grid**. On the AI Analytics and Constituent grids, the option to run the report can be found under the **Tools** menu for each grid row.

**Note:** Generating a Donor Insight may require Credits. Once an Insight has been generated, no additional Credits are required to reopen and review the existing profile. If you choose to refresh the research and generate a new Donor Insight for the Constituent, additional Credits may be required.

**Insight Summary**

Each Donor Insight begins with a summary of the information uncovered during the research process. The summary provides an overview of the Constituent and highlights the most relevant findings.

The Insight also includes confidence indicators to help you evaluate the results. These indicators reflect factors such as how confident the system is that the research matches the correct individual, the reliability of the estimated giving capacity, and the overall confidence in the information included within the profile.

**Score Profile**

Following the summary, Donor Insights provides a detailed breakdown of the research findings, including scores and metrics designed to help you better understand the donor’s potential.

- **Capacity** evaluates the donor’s estimated financial ability to make charitable contributions based on available wealth indicators and research.
- **Mission Affinity** evaluates how closely the donor’s identified philanthropic interests and giving history align with your organization’s cause or mission.
- **Engagement** evaluates the recency and frequency of their donation activity.
- **Major-Gift Readiness** combines their capacity, giving, affinity, engagement and acess into a single score.
- These scores can help provide additional context when identifying potential major donors, planning outreach, or determining where to focus your fundraising efforts.

**Detailed Research**

The Donor Insight provides additional detail behind the scores and summary, bringing together information already stored in AssociationSphere with newly researched information. Depending on what is publicly available for the Constituent, this may include:

- **AssociationSphere Giving History** – Analytics based on the donor’s giving activity currently recorded within AssociationSphere.
- **Estimated Wealth** – An estimated view of the donor’s overall wealth based on available research.
- **Wealth Markers** – Identified indicators such as real estate, business ownership, securities, and other assets.
- **Outside Philanthropy** – Charitable contributions or philanthropic activity identified outside of your organization.
- **Relationship Context** – Relevant information that may provide additional context about the donor and their connections.
- **Political Giving** – Publicly available information related to political contributions.
- **Affiliations** – Organizations, businesses, foundations, boards, or other affiliations identified during the research process.

Additional information may also be included based on what is discovered during the research process.
