# How do I see if someone has a gift card balance?

Go to the constituent's record and navigate to their Payment Options Tab. Under Gift Card Balance you can see:

- Gift Card Number
- Date Purchased
- Ticket Level
- Amount (value) of the card
- Amount Used
- Remaining Balance
