Yes. In the Interaction Type field, click on the arrow inside the drop down box and click on <New/Edit>.
A new window will open. Find the value that you want to re-order and hover over the three vertical lines to the left of the value. Drag the value to the new location in the dropdown and drop it in the new location. Your changes will automatically be saved.
You also have the option to sort the list alphabetically using the A-Z icons at the top right of the window.
Click Close to exit the window. The new order will now be shown on the drop down list.
