2. The View Builder on the Auction grid has a few built in views you can utilize including:

- No Bids - for a list of items with no bids assigned
- Auction Items Only - for a list of auction item winners
- Add-ons Only - a list of only add-on transactions
- Check-out - sorted by Last name/Constituent, hides print features and auction descriptions for a simpler view and only shows auction items and add-ons with a payment due amount
- Payments due - Like Check-out but includes print features

4. You also can export the data from the Auctions grid, Bid History grid, or using the Gifts Grid and filtering by the gift type “Auction."
