# Where can I see the delivery status for my email campaigns?

You can view the delivery status of a survey campaign by going to the *“OVERVIEW”* menu choice, then the Snapshot tab and selecting the campaign from the drop-down box. This will show you the number of emails opened, unopened, bounced & unsubscribed.

For a more detailed report of the recipients that fall into these categories (opened, unopened, bounced & unsubscribed), you can go to the *“OVERVIEW”* menu choice, and then the Email Delivery tab. There you will be able to click on a piece of the pie chart and the grid on the right will display the recipients in that category.
