If a recognition name has been filled in on the profile of the constituent or a company, the recognition name field on the transaction tab will already be filled in with that information. However, if an additional transaction is set up and the recognition name is manually changed to a different one, only that transaction will have that specific recognition name. If the default recognition name for that constituent is changed, all the transactions will be updated with the new recognition name except for the one that had the recognition name changed manually on the profile.
