You can export all the addresses for constituents using the Actions menu from the Constituents grid. Go to Workspace>CRM>Constituents.  Select Actions>Export to Excel File.  



A new window will open with the initial selection to just export the main (a.k.a. primary or default) email and default address.



You have the option of clicking on the arrow to choose other reports including:

  • Include All Emails
  • Include All Address or,
  • Include All Phone Numbers


The export will show each additional record as its own row. For example, if you choose All Addresses and a constituent has three addresses, their name will be listed three times showing each of the three addresses on its own row. For phone numbers, the additional phone numbers will be shown on the last columns in the spreadsheet.


After making your selection, click the Export to Excel button to export the data.
