On the Membership grid, there are two Status fields, Status and Current Status. Both fields display different Status values. Below are the descriptions for all the Status values that appear under each of those two fields.
Status (The values below only appear on the Membership Summary grid):
New – This Membership transaction is the first time this Constituent has purchased a Membership Level.
Renewal – This Membership transaction is an additional purchase by this Constituent for a Membership Level.
Overdue – This Membership Transaction has an expiration date that is in the past and there has been no renewal of a Membership level.
Current Status:
Active – The expiration date for this Member’s most recent Membership transaction is a future date.
Pending – The membership was submitted as Pay Later and no payment has been made. The full Membership balance is still due/owed. A Membership with a Pending status means it will be hidden from the Membership Directory.
Inactive – The expiration date for this Member’s most recent Membership transaction is a date that has passed.
