The Billing page is accessed by hovering over your organization's name and selecting Billing from the menu. The information on this page is only viewable to users with Admin level access.


On this page you will find your Current Recipients Count, which is the total number of constituents in your database at this moment. You will also find the Max Recipients Count this Month, which is number of constituents which your invoicing is based on.


There are also several tabs displaying other information related to your account and subscription including:

  • Payment Information
  • Invoices
  • Statements
  • Services
  • Renewal Info
  • Support Time


On the Payment Info tab you can find the default credit card or default ACH payment method used for your invoices. The credit card or banking information can be changed by clicking on the Edit button to the right of the information. Below this you can also find a history of any changes made to this information with a Date, Name, and Comment related to the change. 



On the Invoices tab you can find the payment history for all your organization's invoices. You can download a copy by clicking on the PDF link in the View column. You can also search for specific information using the filter icons on any column.



On the Statements tab you can download your credit card or ACH transaction and deposit statements as a pdf or Excel file. The credit card statements are shown first next to the # of Transactions column, and if ACH is activated, you can also find those statements in the last column on the grid next to # of ACH Transactions. The grid also allows you to filter the data, for example filtering the the Date of Statement for a specific date  or date range.



The Services tab will show a list of add-on services available for the software. Things like Text Messaging, ACH Payment Processing, Advanced Portal Access, Credit Card Updater, NCOA Updates, and Advanced Analytics are all optional add-ons that can be activated for your account. The Status will either be Action, Inactive, or Pending for those that are in the set-up process.



The Renewal Info tab will provide your subscription information and links to view the processing fees schedule. Under Optional Services you will find your current support plan as well as any additional services your organization subscribes to.



The last tab is Support Time. For organizations with Essential or Essential Plus support plans, this tab will provide information on the phone support time that has been received. This grid can be filtered to search for specific data or date ranges using the filter icons on each column. The bottom of the grid will provide a grand total for all phone support time.
