You can find the refund status in the organization's settings area. In the menu under your organization's name, click on Refund Status.



Here you will find a grid with information about who in your organization requested the refund, their email address, and the date of the request. You will also find the constituent's name, the transaction ID for the purchase, original amount of the transaction and the amount to be refunded. The last column provides the status. Pending is a refund that has been initiated but not yet completed. Processed means the funds have been refunded to the constituent and deducted from your organization's account.


This columns on this grid can be filter to search for specific data and the entire grid can be exported to Excel using the Actions menu.
