If you have the Advanced Portal activated and you have selected Donations from the list of options, your constituents can use the portal to see a list of all their transactions and make new payments or donations using the Payments icon. Note that this icon is only used for making payments or donations that are not associated with an invoice. Any invoice payments are made via the Invoices icon.



Clicking on Paymnets will open a new grid showing the date of their last transaction, the last transaction amount and their lifetime total.


They can export this information to Excel using the icon on the top left of the grid.


Constituents can also make a new payment or donation using the dropdown menu to choose the donation page on the top right of the grid.
