If you have the advanced portal activated and you have selected Member Directory in the list of options available for the portal, your constituents will be able to see the directory related to the membership as well as a global directory if you have one created. 



Clicking on the Member Directory icon will open a grid with their most current membership directory. Note that only those with an membership are able to view the member directory from this link. 


The member can update this image (1), their personal information (2) and switch the view of the directory from grid to card, or vice versa (3).


If the member has multiple memberships or you have a global membership as well, they can select which directory to see from the Select Membership (4) dropdown menu.


The Categories list (5) is a list of Constituent Categories that can be used to filter the grid. The grid can also be filtered on each column using the filter icon if viewing a list view instead of a card view, which is shown below. 



The directory will display the fields you have included in the Member Only Directory options selected on the Membership Directory tab of your membership page or Global Directory. This tab also allows you to authorize members to email other members from the portal. 




The user can navigate to another module using the links on the left menu or go to the homepage by clicking on the organization's logo in the top left corner.
