If you have the Advanced Portal activated and you have selected Documents from the list of options, your constituents can use the portal to see a list of all the documents that have been saved in their record.
Documents saved for the constituent must be checked "Post to Portal" in order to be visible in the portal.
Constituents can see all of their documents that have been posted to the portal. They can export the list using the Excel icon on the top left of the grid. They can click on the link under File Name for any document to download it. They can also upload document using the UPLOAD link in the top left of the grid.
