Transactions are not showing up on the QB Transaction Export Grid screen in AssociationSphere
There could be a few reasons for this:
1. If the transaction was previously exported to Quickbooks, it will be marked as exported and will not show on the export screen by default. Use the Export Status filter on the left to select Exported to show those transactions again.
2. If there is not a mapping for the For, Fund, Event & Appeal field used on the transaction, it will not show up on the export. Check these 4 fields on the gift record and compare to the entries on the QB Mapping screen. If the combination is not shown on the mapping screen, it will need to be added.
To check the QB mapping go to the top right corner of your account > Accounting > General Ledger Mapping > Then check the For, Fund, Event and Appeal in each of these columns. The gifts and pages need to match this mapping.
Then go to a transaction/invoice or a page and check the For, Fund, Event and Appeal to see if it matches the QB mapping.
Check the For, Fund, Event or Appeal on a transaction/invoice:
Check the For, Fund, Event or Appeal on the membership, event or donation page Settings. Event and Membership Pages can be selected on the settings page or per level.
Membership Page:
In the Membership Settings step.
If every membership level on the page goes to the same accounts in Quickbooks, map the entire page here under the settings tab.
If each membership level goes to a different account in Quickbooks, map each level based on the correct For, Fund, Event and/or Appeal. Go to the Membership Setup tab and edit each level under the Advanced section.
Event Page:
In the Settings step. *Please note if you have the feature "Accept General Donations" turned on you will want to select the For, Fund, Event and/or Appeal based on where that donation should go. Then the levels need to mapped accordingly if they are different.

Donation Page:
Check that the Donation Page Settings have a For, Fund, Event and/or Appeal value that matches the QB mapping.
*Please note that if a page did not have the correct mapping and mapping is added after transactions have been processed only future transactions will have the correct mapping values in the For, Fund, Event and Appeals. The historical transactions will need to be edited manually or with a batch update.
