There are 20 courses currently available on the Support Academy. You can find a list of all the courses and associated lesson modules attached.
The Support Academy is structured by courses, which focus on an AssociationSphere module, activity, or feature in the software. Within each course, there are lesson modules. Within each lesson module there are various pages of text, activities, videos, and quizzes.
The courses are also be grouped together in Learning Paths. Every new user is assigned to the Basic User Learning Path, which covers the basic software features, user settings, the CRM Module and the Membership Module.
Other learning paths include:
- Admin User - which covers the organization account settings, user management, banking, and billing.
- Advanced User - which covers the Transactions & Invoicing Module (Parts 1 & 2), Constituent Portal, Events Module, Email & Text Marketing Features, and Surveys/Forms Module.
- Additional Features - which covers the Mobile App and Credit Card Swipers, Auctions Module, Volunteer Module, Advanced Analytics and Peer to Peer Campaigns.
Not all courses are required in these learning paths, so you can pick and choose which you would like to complete and in what order.
The Basic User Learning Path is required to be completed prior to moving to the higher level courses so that you have a good understanding of the software's structure before moving on to the more advanced activities. Once you complete the Basic User Learning Path, you will have access to take any of the courses in the Support Academy's Learning Library, so if you would prefer to skip some of the recommended courses in the learning paths, you are welcome to do so.
