What are the required fields that a constituent will have to fill out on an AssociationSphere page?

In order to process their credit card, the constituent will be required to provide the following information:

• Enter a donation/payment amount or select a membership or event level
• First and Last Name
• Email Address
• Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Country (this can be turned off if desired from the page's Settings tab)
• Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and Security Code

For internal transactions only, which are those completed by an AssociationSphere user, email address is not required.
