Does the online donation get recorded into AssociationSphere automatically?

Yes, everything from the donation form will be automatically recorded into AssociationSphere. A transaction record will be created for that donation. The software will look for a matching constituent in the database using the email address and name. If the constituent does not exist yet, AssociationSphere will create it using the information provided by the donor.
