Under the Workspace menu, go to the Surveys/Forms module. There you have access to Overview, Contacts, Survey/Forms List, and Surveys/Forms Results pages.
Overview Page - This will display charts and information that will be very useful to you. After you successfully distribute a campaign, you will be able to see charts listed below. Each chart allows you to drilldown into the detailed information for further analysis.
Contacts Page - Allows access to available Email Lists with the ability to create new Email Lists and access to JMML widget configuration and Mailing List Subscription configuration.
Surveys/Forms List - Contains existing Surveys/Forms with abilities to select, edit, or delete existing forms. Also has the ability to create New Surveys/Forms and Poll questions.
Surveys/Forms Results - Allows the ability to drill into specific results related to a specific survey/form.
