Yes, in the Survey Settings step of the Survey Wizard, there is a checkbox that says “Anonymous”. Checking this box will remove the recipients’ first name, last name & email address from your Survey Results page. Unless the recipient adds identifiable information to a response, you will not know who submitted which response. Each survey response has a unique ID, so you will be able to track the respondent’s answers for the survey, but you will not know who that person is.
