You can display your survey either way. There is an option on the Survey Settings step in the Survey Wizard called “Show survey on a single page”. If this checkbox is checked, then your survey questions will appear one right after the other. If this selection is made, you will not be able to utilize the skip logic on your questions. If the checkbox is not checked, then each survey question will appear on its own page and the recipients will move between questions by hitting Next and Previous buttons. This option will allow you to use skip logic.
