There are several options for collecting a registrant's company name based on what you have selected in the Event Settings. In the Financial Information sections there are three selections for collecting company information.
OPTION 1:Event Settings>Financial Information
Do Not Allow Purchases on Behalf of a Company/Organization = NO
Collect Event Registrant's Company Name = NO
Select “This event purchase is being made on behalf of a company/organization.”
A Company record will be created. The Event gift will be in this record.
An Individual record will also be created.
OPTION 2: Event Settings>Financial Information
Do Not Allow Purchases on Behalf of a Company/Organization = NO
Collect Event Registrant's Company Name = YES
An Individual record will be created. The Event gift will be in this record.
A Company record will also be created.
OPTION 3: Event Settings>Financial Information
Do Not Allow Purchases on Behalf of a Company/Organization = YES
Collect Event Registrant's Company Name = NO
An Individual record will be created. The Event gift will be in this record.
OPTION 4: Event Settings>Financial Information
Do Not Allow Purchases on Behalf of a Company/Organization = YES
Collect Event Registrant's Company Name = YES
An Individual record will be created. The Event gift will be in this record.
A Company record will also be created.
