Beyond the default fields available on an Individual or Company Constituent profile you can also request custom fields be added to these screens. These custom fields can be used to track additional data specific to your organization that don’t fit within one of the default fields. You are also able to have different custom fields appear on a Company profile verses an Individual profile.


 

The types of custom fields that are available are Text (30), Dropdown (28), Numeric (15), Date (15), Date/Time (5) and True/False (30). To request these custom fields please send an email to the support team (support@associationsphere.com). In the email please include what type of field you are requesting, what the title of the field should be, where on the profile it should be positioned and which profile type is should appear on. You are welcome to include multiple custom fields within the same request.
