There are three different support & training packages currently available. You can see what level in included in your subscription under the Organization Menu.
Basic Support - Includes unlimited email support and self-directed training available through the Support Site articles and Support Videos library. Both can be accessed under the User Menu. If you would like to upgrade to Essential or Essential Plus, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
Essential Support - Includes all the benefits of Basic Support, as well as access to the live weekly webinars. Information about the webinars can be found in this article: "How do I sign up for live weekly webinars?" You also have up to 90 minutes of phone support each month. You can call the phone number shown under your support plan and leave a message for the support team. Please ensure you leave your name, the organization's name, your phone number, and a good time to call back. A support specialist will return your call at the soonest opportunity.
Essential Plus Support - Includes all the benefits of Basic and Essential support plus and additional 30 minutes of phone support (120 minutes total) and you can book up to three specialized training sessions each year.
