After your kick off call with your Implementation Manager, you will receive links to a three-video initial training series to get you started using AssociationSphere. The three videos include:
Start Strong: 10 Steps to AssociationSphere Transition Success – Start your CRM conversion journey with these 10 essential steps that help you prepare your data, define workflows, and set the foundation for a smooth and successful transition.
AssociationSphere QuickStart: Mastering the Basics – Build a strong foundation with this core training, covering the essential features and workflows you’ll need to confidently navigate and use the CRM in your day-to-day work.

Data Review Session
Once your data is converted, you will have a Go-Live Ready: Data Review Session with your Implementation Manager. You will have the opportunity to review and validate your migrated data and pages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for a confident go-live, with expert guidance to address any gaps or discrepancies.
CRM Power Hour Post-Training Q&A Session
Additionally, once you complete your data review and self-directed training, you can request a Q&A session with the training team. This session, called the CRM Power Hour: Applying Your Training in Real Scenarios, is an interactive private session for your entire team. It is intended for users who have completed their basic training, to ask targeted questions and get expert guidance on applying AssociationSphere to your real-world workflows and scenarios. This session is available for up to 6 months after your data has been converted. When ready, you can request the session by sending an email to training@associationsphere.com.
