Yes, on the Group Assignments page, just above the Groups Grid there is a button called, "**+ Add Group**". This button will launch a dialog box that allows you to create a new group for that event. You will enter the **Number**, a **Name**and a **Location** (if applicable.) Click**Update** to save the new group to the list.
