With two-factor authentication, the email address used to login cannot be changed. An administrator with your organization can create a new login with your new email address, then the old user can be deactivated/deleted.

Custom Grid views and direct email signatures/templates will need to be manually transferred to your new login:

Be sure to do this **BEFORE**you delete/deactivate the old account.

- Once your new login ID is activated - log in to the software with your old login ID and [share your Custom Views](./sharing-a-view) with your new account, then in the new account you will need to [Receive the Shared view](./receiving-a-shared-view).
- To retain [Direct Email Signatures and Email Templates](./direct-email-signatures-and-templates)- go to your User Settings menu and copy your scripts into a notepad or word file, then paste them into your new account.
