Constituent Grid Data Fields

The list below shows the vertical representation of all the standard fields that are on the constituent grid. On the actual constituent grid, the field title is shown as the header in each of the columns for a constituent record. Many of the fields are auto populated and are not required for data conversion.

The Field Title is name listed at the top of the column. The Profile Type indicates which type of constituent records would have data in that field. The Field Type indicates they type of data contained in the field. Some of the data is auto-populated and is identified with a Yes in the Auto Populatedcolumn. Those that are auto-populated are not required for the conversion template. The Notes column provides any description or additional information about the field.

There are also custom text, date, picklist, multi-select, number, and true/false fields that can be created for your data and are not shown on this list. Be sure to notify your implementation manager of any custom fields you require for your constituent records.
