Event registrants are constituents and their information will appear on the Constituents grid, however there is no information about the event they are registered for. To see information about the event including information about the event registrants, go to the Events grid located in Workspace> Events> Events. Select the event or events to show on the grid from the side bar search menu. 


The Summary View shows all the registrants (purchasers) along with the ticket level, add-on, donation, or event fee transaction information. You can switch to the Detail view by clicking on the text link Switch to Detail at the top of the grid next to the Actions menu link.


Switching to the Detail View will show the registrants listed under Last Name/Constituent and the attendees/guests listed under Actual Attendees. Note that you may have to scroll over in the rows to find the attendee columns depending on how you have your grid view set up.



You can also see event registrations for a particular constituent in the Events Tab in their record. Use the pull-down menu at the top of the grid to select the event.
