To view a previously sent campaign, you can go to the Campaign List screen and select the View link under the Preview column. The Preview column is usually located at the far right side of the grid. Clicking on View will launch a new window that will display the selected campaign. If the campaign has been archived, you can also view the Campaign Archive by using the Actions menu and clicking on the desired campaign. That will launch a new window that will display the selected campaign.
