Yes, you can delete a campaign, even if it has been previously emailed. But note that deleting a campaign cannot be undone.


We recommend that you carefully consider the results of deleting a campaign that has already been distributed. If it is deleted, all information regarding this campaign is permanently removed from the software. You will no longer be able to see the results of the campaign or information in any constituent's record about their interaction with the campaign. Additionally, if someone tries to view the campaign from an email that they received or social media post where you shared the link, they will not be able to view it.


To delete an email campaign go to the Campaigns grid and find the desired campaign, click on the trashcan icon on the left side of that row to permanently delete the campaign.
