Yes, after an Event Transaction has been submitted if there were tickets generated then they can be emailed again to the purchaser. On the main Event grid filter for the desired Event transaction(s) and mouse over the Actions menu selecting Resend Tickets.

After clicking Resend Tickets you will be asked to type in "Yes" into another dialog window to confirm your action. After clicking Ok a PDF of the tickets for the each of transactions on the grid will be sent to the default email address for each of the purchasers.
