Yes, after an event transaction has been submitted if there were tickets generated then they can be printed or emailed again to the purchaser. 

On the left hand side of the events grid there is a blue Print Icon on each row. Clicking this icon will generate a PDF file of the tickets from that purchase. You can then save these tickets or print them.

Or if you need to sent the tickets out through email to the purchaser you can click the blue envelope Resend Tickets Icon to the right of the printer icon. 

You can also resend all the tickets shown in the list using the Actions menu by selecting Resend Tickets.

After clicking Resend Tickets you will be asked to type in "Yes" into another dialog window to confirm your action. After clicking Ok a PDF of the tickets for the each of transactions on the grid will be sent to the default email address for each of the purchasers.
