Yes. There is a mobile app for the constituent portal. The mobile app has all the same functionality as the desktop app, it is just optimized for mobile device viewing. Constituents can download the mobile app for Apple or Google via these links:

Constituents will need your organization's portal URL or portal QR code to access your portal via the app. They will sign up as described in this article "How do I invite members to sign up for the portal?"
